I recently purchased a used TL100 cab and air with a front end loader. The 3pt hitch was slow to go down from day one, but now will not go down at all. The hitch will still go up and the loader works fine. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I recently purchased a used TL100 with a front end loader. The 3pt lift was slow to go down from day one, but now the arms will not go down at all. They will still go up and the front end loader works fine. The arms will not go down even with a load on them. Any Suggestions?
