Kioti LB1914 30 amp "slow blow" fuse burned twice - can't find cause

Yeah, thats a good idea. I'll try that and see what happens when I get a new regulator. I replaced the alternator a couple years ago when the original would [Not] charge any more. But anything is possible.

Kioti LB1914 30 amp "slow blow" fuse burned twice - can't find cause

Ok, here's the update: I made a 30 amp circuit breaker "tester" this morning to replace fuse temporarily, I thought I had more circuit breakers but could only find a 30 amp. When I connected the battery cable, it took about 20 seconds before the the magic smoke started to appear. It was coming...

Kioti LB1914 30 amp "slow blow" fuse burned twice - can't find cause

Thats a good idea. I got some circuit breakers, might make up a fuse saver. And yeah, will have to watch. if its a component, well its already fried and isn't working. Wouldn't worry if it smoked some more, at least I would know what is smoked. But if its a wire buried somewhere, I certainly...

Kioti LB1914 30 amp "slow blow" fuse burned twice - can't find cause

Hey all, Used my LB1914 tractor just yesterday to move some stuff with the bucket. Started and shut if off several times, no issues all day. Curl & lift cylinder recommendations lb1914 w/ KL1210

I know this is an old thread... not sure why no one replied. But did you ever get your cylinders upgraded? Would be interested to know your results as I have the same tractor and loader. And could certainly use a bit more power at the bucket.

Bypass Valve Need Adjusted on KL1210 loader?

yeah, i would have just bought a kit, but with just looking at them online wasn't sure which one had the correct quick connects that would fit. As no one lists Kioti for anything basically. I've even asked people in tractor/farm supply & equipment for something other, and they will ask "what...

Bypass Valve Need Adjusted on KL1210 loader?

anyone know of a hydraulic pressure tester kit that will fit the kioti, without having to "borrow" one of the quick connect fittings off a hose? I was just looking at some gauges. Do you happen to know if the Kioti uses metric or NPT threads? I figured they would be metric, but from the...

Bypass Valve Need Adjusted on KL1210 loader?

Ok LD1, thanks for the info. I'll look more into it as I do need to get this fixed. Can't use the front loader much at this point. Will have to find an appropriate pressure gauge first.

Bypass Valve Need Adjusted on KL1210 loader?

Hey all, Have a 2007 Kioti LB1914 with a KL1210 loader. Have had it for about 5 years, and the bucket has been able to pickup less and less weight. Its probably at the point now it can only pick up 3 to 400 lbs. The other day, I had a stack of 10 EMPTY wood pallets on the front forks... now i...

LB1914 Grinding when shift into reverse

Did a little work with the tractor today, and unfortunately it is still grinding. I did notice that if I shifted from forward/reverse into neutral and then waited 5 to 10 seconds... then shifted into the direction of travel I wanted to go and slowly let out on the clutch, it usually didn't...

LB1914 Grinding when shift into reverse

That may be something I have to look into next if it continues. Yeah I don't know why the hi/low range selector is so hard to shift. But from what I've read on some other sites from other LB1914's owners this is apparently a common problem, although from what they describe this one is still...

LB1914 Grinding when shift into reverse

Thanks for the Replies! Here's the Update... I got some time today and took a look at the clutch linkage, was pretty self explanatory on adjusting it. I did find the clutch adjustment specs, the amount of free play in the pedal was supposed to be between 0.8" and 1.2". But when I measured this...

LB1914 Grinding when shift into reverse

hey all, got a Kioti LB1914 about 600hrs. For a while now, sometimes when I would shift into reverse, when I would let out on the clutch the gears would grind Usually I would shift it back into neutral or forward, then shift back into reverse and it would work. But lately it has suddenly gotten...

Oil & Fuel  Kioti LB1914 - Hydraulic Fluid... O'Reilly Premium Tractor Fluid?? + 2 other Question

Hello All, I'm a Long Time Lurker... but finally decided to join  I don't mean to open a 'can of worms' or anything, as I know there is a lot of posts concerning this, but none of them really answered my questions on this particular tractor... I just recently (finally) found a small...
