    JD 4066R Exhaust

Thanks for the replies. Since my last post the dealer has tightened up the butterfly valve near the vertical exit and the amount of exhaust coming out seems less. Not perfect, but better.

    JD 4066R Exhaust

Have a new open station 4066r that I like very much except the amount of exhaust. Even though the exhaust is directed below there is still exhaust coming out of the exhaust vent on the hood. Is this normal or is there something that can be done to stop this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any experience with Yandow in Ferrisburg, VT?

I have bought three tractors from Yandow over the past eight years. For the most part Tim has been fair with his pricing and fun to deal with. Their service department has always been there for me when I needed them. I currently have a 4120 and couldn't be happier with it. It currently has...

Calling out to all 4120 owners

I have a 4120 with the power reverser transmission and love it. It is very easy to use. I do not regret buying it at all. Regardless of the transmission you chose, the 4000 series is a great machine. Good luck.

    3520 vs 3720

I agree. If you don't have space limitations, go with the 4120. I did and I love it.

    New Purchase - JD 3720 vs 4120

Jim I also had the same dilemma when upgrading from my JD 4400. It was a difficult decision to choose between the 3720 and the 4120. I ultimately chose the 4120 and I'm very happy with my decision. At the time I was concerned with the larger frame, but have not found any problems. It has...

    3720 or 4120

Thanks for your responses. I am in the process of trying to sell my 4400. Once it is sold, I will probably go with the 4120. It think it will meet my needs the best. Thanks again for the input.

    3720 or 4120

BTW Thanks for your reply. Our woods are not too tight, so I don't think I would have a problem with the size of the 4120. The additional height might be an advantage. The dealer is not trying to unload 4120's. He simply feels that for about the same amount of money the 4120 is the better...
