New real grade 8 bolts and 2 cans of break parts cleaner and red loc-tite seem to have fixed the problem ... thanks to all

Like a bolt with a hole drilled through the head for a wire / cotter pin ? not sure if there is such a thing I have noticed that the size of bolt that it appears to take is not standard at .75 x 2.5
