UPDATE on the bottom of the G2160 I did find a plunger between 2 ears on the bottom side of the transmission, when pushed in it did open up a bypass and you could move the mower but once it is started the valve resets and the mower moves under its own power

Call It what you want but have not seen where my BX 2230 has a relief inside the transmission housing until you get to the 3 point valve There is a flow priority valve for the steering upstream of the hydraulic block for the loader.

BX2230 unless you have the 4 hose loader valve for use with the front implements the 3 hose valve stays with the loaderwhen taken off and has the valve and relief on the loader. Not connecting the 2 hoses back together will dead head the hydraulic pump.

The curling function on that lever has regen function for curling while lowering the bucket. Also there is float function on the main boom cylinders

Try to match pump part numbers up as the 2 stage pumps are tied to the cylinder size and power output of engine to keep from stalling when it loads up on the splitting force. Cannot remember if there are shims or springs you can change for the transfer point
