Does anybody know how to re-assemble the rotary valve without the two indent balls falling out? It is killing me. Here is a picture with the springs. The balls are supposed to stay on the springs somehow while you insert the indent plate. I have no idea how. Thanks.

Yes. I found the problem....it is one cable of the cable shift assembly. I took it off the tractor by removing the rotary valve housing, then I separated the upper housing that the shifter attaches to and removed the cables. The white upper cable going into the rotary valve is frozen within...
