boze man, Cant help you with the tractor, but I have thge MF232 loader on my MF1040 32hp 4x4 and it works out quite well. Pretty easy to take on and off. I have the 6ft bucket on mine. scotty

About 10 months ago I bought a 1986 1040 4x4. Great little tractor and am very happy with it. When I got it I changed all fluids and filters. Just rescently I noticed the left front reduction seems to be leaking a little from the top swivel joint. I have not bought trhe service manual for this...
