I have a Jinma 284 (Agtraxx). Both the 3PH and the front end loader leak down, with or without load, with the engine running or killed. I just bought this tractor and I believe it is around a 2002 model. The engine also has to be at 1/2 throttle for the hydraulics to work. Any suggestins on...
