    Removing Stumps

    I am clearing my site for a gargage and what is the best way to move the stumps for the footers. I have a BX-22 with loader and backhoe. Most of the stumps are Va. Pine and they are shallow roots. I am a new owner and would appreciate your advise thanks chuck
