    Disk size for CT225

I took a look at the attachments forum, but couldn't find and answer for this. I have a CT225 (27HP) and am looking at disks. There is a used one for sale near me that is a 6.5' with 16" disks. The price is right and I am wondering if this will work okay for me.

    Heavy Load

Cleared an area for a new garden and came across this chunk of concrete. Easier to move in one piece, but as you can tell from the look of the rear tires, its heavy! The CT225 had no problem lifting it out even though it was buried in dirt. I was impressed.

    block heater usage

I have the auxiliary heater in my CT225. What is the appropriate use for this when cold starting? Plug it in an hour ahead of time? I would guess you wouldn't want it to be plugged in all the time when not using.

So, I have had my CT225 for a week or so now. I really like it. I saw a thread before I purchased about the two CT225's (one with 25 HP and one with 27 HP). I asked the dealer and he had said that this was a 27 HP tractor. Well...it ain't. The manual and engine state 25 HP. Since I bought...

    CT225 gets delivered tonight

Well, its on the trailer and coming tonight. I had a deal locked in at a local dealer 20 miles from my house a month ago but when I came in to sign he said they just heard from Bobcat that it would be at least 8 weeks. Just so happens, that same day another dealer about 60 miles away responded...

Is this too big/heavy for my CT225?

I saw this ad on craigslist (7' 3pt Rear Blade Buhler/Allied HD) and was wondering if my CT225 will pull it very well. I will be using it for some snow removal (I also have a hydraulic front blade) and dirt grading. I like the heavy duty nature of the blade but am worried it is too big. It is...
