My PTO won't spin, I pull the switch and nothing. The light comes on but nothing. I tried to turn it manually and it would not turn.. It seems to be locked up... I have not used it since the fall. The tractor runs great and the FEL works great but it is brush hog time and no PTO. Any help will...
