My L4610 does nothing when I turn the key over. Occasionally the dash lights come on but starter won't activate. Battery and starter tested good, replaced the ground. When key is turned off a odd buzzing sound comes from ignition. Also, jump starting does nothing to fix/resolve the problem. Any...
