The tractor runs, but will not move. Shuttle lever moves freely but does not engage forward or reverse gears. Any suggestions where to start trouble shooting? Thank you.

Does anyone know why Kubota does not offer this tire/rim option in the US? This photo is from Kubota Canada Website. The fronts look like more of an industrial tire in a size not offered in the US. Local dealer inquiry was not helpful. ***Edit*** That should read M8560 tire option
