Kioti recommends no larger then a 4ft blade. What are your veteran thoughts on this. Would the Ck 20 handle a 5 ft to cover the tracks?

Could use some advice:) I am trying to hook up the quick disconnect hydraulic fittings for the BH. Only had it hooked up once before. Seems like the male connectors are not going in far enuff for the lock to engage. Is there some sort of trick etc to doing this? Thanks for any advice.
