    Hat Wagon Front axel

    The front axel of an old hay wagon I want to rebuild has a frozen front axel piviot. The tow bar yoke if free to swing but at the ends the wheels will not turn. They are frozen. I tried to beat them loose after taking off the top plate but I can't budge it. I could really use an exploded view...
