    Agreed. A clutch has to be 'slipping' against the Flywheel and/or Pressure Plate. Sticking Throwout Bearing or bindind Linkage or Riding the Clutch.

    These drivetrains are NOT made for pulling or overloading if it is the Hydrostatic type. Do NOT use it for scraping roads. It is meant for mowing lawn. Is it up to you to scrape and maintain the road?

    Use plastic Barrels making sure bung gaskets are good. Leave an inch or so for expansion and bleed air out on a hot day. Use a screened funnel when transferring fuel. Depending on your area, there is Summer and Winter Grade fuel. See your Dealer.

    Dear Piaffe: Get a small Angle Grinder with a coarse Flap Wheel. Raise the blade to maximum height and prop it in position with chunks of wood or Axle Jacks. Cement blocks can crumble. There is only a few inches at each end that needs to be sharpened and not knife sharp either. Leave a 1/16"...

    These tanks must be replaced by law every 10 years. There is great difficulty with house insurance if you still have tanks stored inside. They rust from the inside out. You do NOT want that smell in your house!

    There is a fine tooth rake that looks like a snow shovel in reverse. About 18" wide. Best is the gas powered hand held machine with rubber flaps that does a good job. County uses them. No tool known works for wife or kids.
