Okay. After getting a power washer and cleaning everything up (except the radiator which is still a mess) I found what the issue is. I had the tractor in to a Kubota dealer several years ago because it was getting hard to start and sometimes wouldn't start at all. They could never figure out the root issue but removed the stop solenoid and added a manual cable with lever to start and stop the engine. The problem was that they only partially covered the hole where the stop solenoid was with a strip of metal so at least half of the opening was still completely open to the air. Needless to stay I realized oil would spurt out of this hole likely at higher rpms. I used a round piece of metal (electrical conduit knockout plug) and covered the entire hole. Gasket was also still there. I baled some hay today and engine area stayed completely clean of oil and no oil leaks. Sort of upsetting that the dealer did this.
