I know my wife shouldn't use the zero turn like a bush hog, but she does, and that isn't going to change.
Occasionally the inner deck baffle gets bent and the blades hit it, so I jack up the deck, get on a creeper and beat it back into a reasonable shape with a 4lb sledge hammer since that's all the room I have under there.
I'm getting older, and it's starting to kick my ass. Is there a power/air option that might help me out? I've never used an air hammer, would that work?
Any other options?

Air hammer? no.
Probably best for you go to a lighter hammer.

Pipe wrench with handle extension pipe. But, you'll only get to 're-configure' it a few times until it leaves home. Why not just raise the deck height a notch so it doesn't get caught on the WELL COVER again ???

Porta-power with lots of extensions and heads will be your friend.

Raising the mower deck an inch would help. Mowing a little higher beats tearing up your mower. The blades will last longer too.

How easy is it to remove the deck on your mower? If you can do that, it would vastly improve your access if you could flip it, perhaps on soft grass.

My go-to tools for forming metal are...
15" Crescent wrench
24" pipe wrench
36" pipe wrench.
Slip the jaws over the bent part, tighten the jaws slightly and bend in small bites until straight.
