Liberty BHM-155 3 point Backhoe will not move.

My backhoe will no longer move. Worked great for several years, then got weaker and slower and finally stopped moving all together. I changed the pto driven hyd pump, hyd filter and fluid. Still won't move. I did not bleed anything because I'm not sure how to except crack a hose downstream of the pump somewhere. Gonna change the adjustable hyd pressure valve next, if I can find one. Looking for parts for a Liberty BHM-155 5ft backhoe (3 point hookup). Specifically, a hydraulic pressure adjustment valve

I am not familiar with liberty hoe but from your description it is run off of a PTO pump. If this is true then would start investigating flow path of oil from the pump through the the valve assemblies. No movement on any function would point towards either pump moving no oil or a direct path for oil from pump outlet to tank.

Simple thing first: are you 100% certain the PTO is spinning and the pump is turning?

Is there more than one valve stack or assembly on this hoe? I.e. separate valves for stabilizers and hoe functions.

What do you have for test equipment?

What is your knowledge level on hydraulic components and system?

Hydraulics 101 is that with a fixed displacement gear pump oil is going someplace whenever the pump is turning. Just need to figure out were it is going.
