Buying a Kubota L3560HST-LE

Do you have any problems with loading the particulate filter? I may need to run at less than PTO speed for some of my applications. Running my PTO driven sawmill often needs less than 540 rpm.

The shortest time between Regen cycles was 20 hours. I was drilling post holes replacing my fence over the course of a week or so and idling a lot. My overall all average across 51 regens is 53 hours between.
I wouldn't think running a little under pto rpm's is going to have much, if any effect on the dpf.

I also am looking at buying the L3560. I had initially wanted the L3902 until I got eyes on it. Currently have the L2900 and was wanting something with a little more power with a stronger backhoe. The salesman showed me the L3560hst-le and it seemed to fit the bill and only slightly more expensive with more loader lift than the 3902. My big question is the out the door pricing for a new tractor. Are tractors dealers like car dealers and there is some negotiation room in the price or what they quote you is what you pay? I have never bought a tractor before so any information would be appreciated.

When I bought my new Kubota two years ago, I worked 5 dealers at the same time and told each that I was working with the other. 3 came in at the exact same price, two brought the numbers down a little more with one being $1K less than any of the others. All 5 dealers offered a $3K discount since I was paying cash. I also got an extra $1K off from joining the Nation Cutting Horse Association, which was a free membership.

I'm pricing them with the LA 805. Do you know which bucket is the best?

I prefer the L2296 round back construction grade bucket. It's heavier and a few $$ more but worth it for what I do.

It sheds material better and has a replaceable cutting edge.

This is some good information. I just called my dealer to have him check on the NCHA membership and if it still applies. Thanks for posting.

I have a 3560, bought in 2018. I use a 6’ cutter with no problems. I went with the heavy bucket with the replaceable edge on the 805 loader. My regens have ranged from 22 to 35 hours. Have been very happy. I would have liked to have R14 tires, but I bought before there introduction.
