My 1210 has 2300 hours and has provided flawless performance for 40 yrs. I just filled the fuel tank with the engine running, drove it 50 ft, and it bogged down but did not die immediately. Engine died and I could restart it, but it will not respond to the throttle. Can restart repeatedly, but no throttle response, then dies---repeat several times. Could find nothing wrong with fuel supply and cleaned out the air filter but no improvement. I cracked the bleeder valve and observed a ring of tiny air bubbles. Playing with the valve (unscrew a little, screw in a little, etc) will keep the engine running poorly, but the air bubbles never disappear. Does my injector pump need a rebuild ? If not what could be the problem.
