I'm going green... Told the wife when I go to make it as simple and "green" as possible. No chemicals (embalming). Then have a red apple tree planted on top of me. Invite anyone and everyone over for apples every year. We have a family graveyard so I can get away with it.

My cousin told of an American Indian friend of his, who's family really liked dogs.
For several generations they had been burying their deceased pets and planted a fruit tree on the grave. The dog keeps sustaining them. He says they have quite an orchard.

If they're not saying, "what the F happened to him?!?", or even more likely afraid to have an open-casket funeral, then you didn't do it right!

I suspect they're more likely to say, "well, he never did anything half way", at my funeral.

Years ago my brother and I were with my cousin on a divided 4 lane, in his D100 with a 360. A BMW pulled up beside us and I wisecracked "wanna race?" That driver stepped on it and Keith kicked in the 4 bbl and we went side by side as we couldn't pull ahead and the Beemer couldn't or wouldn't.

Fast forward 45 years. If I come up behind a careful driver un something sporty looking- especially if made before 1973- I am prone to pass but not trying to get you to race. Rather, I'm checking your ride out.
Such was the case when I went by a Supra today. It wasn't vintage, but also wasn't anything to sneeze at.
