O ring flange fitting.

I am looking to replace the outlet hard line with a hose and need to find a fitting for a face flange with O ring. I cannot find the terminology for a round bolt circle.

Pump rotation Anti-Clockwise
A: 19mm
B: 100.1mm
C: 71mm
D: 96mm
E: 19mm
F: 40mm
G: M8
H: 14.2mm
I: 30.2mm

Those ports are called metric square flange and typically are referenced either by the port diameter in this case I believe 15 & 20 mm or by the bolt circle diameter in this case 40 & 30 mm. Be very, very thorough in verifying ALL the dimensions since their are multiple styles of this flange that are similar but do NOT interchange.

This port style is very common in Europe.

These are "standard flange" in Europe, just not super common in the USA yet but getting more common as more and more equipment is being imported.

NOTE: I also edited my first post to state that there are at least two ways this flange style is referenced by.
