I have a CK2610, when I try to back drag top soil with the bucket the bucket no matter the angle will fold back quite a bit making spreading top soil not very easy. Any suggestions? TIA.
Thanks for the screw suggestion I never considered that although it brought back a 60 year old memory we used to do that to out dirt bike tires in the winter to go tear up frozen ponds, those were the days. What length screws do you use?
Just purchased a 64" rear facing snow blower for my tractor, looking to get some tire chains. Can I just put chains on the front tires or should I get chains for the rear? Will be used on a asphalt driveway.
Yes it has skid pads, driveway surface is only a few years old and smooth and in good shape. I am thinking of adjusting the shoes so that the cutting edge is about 1/8 to 1/4 inch above the asphalt.
Newby question, when using the snow blower do you folks lower the 3 point as far as it will go down and let the blower float over uneven ground or do you try to adjust it up and down to keep minimal contact with the ground? This will be used on asphalt.
I understand the do's and don'ts however have a question. On my CK2610 no matter what angle I have the bucket at when I lower it to drag it flattens out the bucket quite a bit. Any tips would be appreciated.
