Couple hours to finish brush hogging and started cleaning out the tree-fence row.. debris forks are awesome for pulling out Japanese honeysuckle! Like a big salad fork.
That brush is a good idea, need a toolbox on mine to carry stuff. But don’t most tractors don’t have screens.. at least the newer ones? The screen on the LS plugs up in a hour brush hogging. But the screens easily cleans with a knock on the tire.
Maybe so.. did just fine today. Put together with stainless steel machine bolts vs glued. If it eventually fails I’ll get a metal frame made. Easy enough to remake.
If that doesn’t get everyone riled up I drilled through the rops to bolt the back.
Growing up it was just water now days I get unsweetened tea since it helps my stomach. I rarely very rarely get a soda of any kind, those are seen as treat. I still fix stuff versus buying new but I'm starting to get tired of it. It seems I spend alot of time fixing stuff and no actual work...
Went to Menards and got all the sch 80 pvc pieces and stainless steel hardware hopefully I need for the canopy. Sch 80 is pretty thick. The Surecan yellow 5 gallon finally showed up. Plumbersstock has the cheapest price if anyone is looking.
I went with the 2025 LS MT232 vs buying a older tractor. We bought 22 acres that's quite a mess so I have plenty of work to do already and didn't want to add potentially having to work on a older machine. LS offered 10 year 0% to keep the funds available for other projects. I can see keeping...
Buddy of mine has a BMW 400GT scooter.. I did eventually want a GTS310 but after seeing the BMW might go that route if I stick to scooters since it will be for highway driving. That GTS would be awesome around town.
Two golf cart canopies.. going to try adapting it to my LS based on some threads on here. For $10 a piece got a spare. If your in the KC area they’ve got a good stack.
