Looking for a little help. Kubota L4200 will not start. Battery is new. When turning the key, it cranks like the battery is dead for about 1 sec. found the relay at the starter but can't find any others. Any help in finding additional relays or fuses would be appreciated. thanks!

Just acquired an l4200 and I'm still getting my bearings on operating it. One thing I need a little help with is height of the 3-point. It looks like the lift arms are not going up completely. In fact if I have the lever in the full up position, I can grab the arms and lift them up another...
