Please advise; I have been speaking with a Kubota dealer about purchasing a new BX24LB-R, we agreed on a price of $17,450.00, I asked him to send me something in writing and I get it and it has an item that reads: Total Additional Charges $674.68. I am really dismayed by this, I hope I am wrong...
