Tractor still leaking from the PTO. It’s been in the shop over four months just in 2021 waiting for parts/service, two separate visits. First time was PTO seal and second was broken sight glass. I don’t believe Three Rivers did anything either time but wipe it down. Still leaks the same way.

I’ll take a picture when I can. It’s amber colored, completely visible.

Nothing added to the fluid. It’s travelers from Tractor Supply, has a dark tint to it. Ran the shredder yesterday and it was leaking from the PTO seal. It’s at the dealer now. Waiting for a call after they “diagnose”. I’ll be quite irritated if it’s not fully covered.

I added a gallon which got the sight glass up past the red dot. I also cleaned the pto area thoroughly and will monitor to see if there are any changes.

No, the fluid is dark when it’s in the sight glass, not clear like the factory fluid was. I can see the contrast when the rear is downward and the fluid is obvious.

I did my 50 hour service recently and used just about all 10 gallons of travelers that I bought. Recently I noticed that I don’t see any fluid in the sight glass even though it was over the red dot at the time of service. The other day I got a stiff pedal issue, both F and R, that was remedied...

Tire and fender are touching. How can make a gap in between them? I thought getting a 1” board and letting it ride the tire to try and push the fender up. It’s clearly touching on the right side fender where there’s a larger gap on the left side. Tractor is brand new, I’ve had it three days.

Took delivery today and went straight to work. I’m so impressed with this tractor. One thing that’s scary is how I tend to put my hand on the edge of the fender and how close the tire is to it. If I slip up and let my fingertip too far out it would take it right off.

Looking at a 2020 5220H with FEL, upgraded 6 ft shredder (2 inch max cut) , 6 ft box blade and 20 ft pipe top trailer with insurance for the duration of the loan. Looking at $33,075 right now. Fair? High/Low? Can I haggle that price?

I got a quote of $37,650 for an LS XR4155H with FEL, 6 ft rotary cutter, 6 ft box blade and 20 ft tandem axle 10k lb trailer. I saw an identical package for $32,500 (10 hour drive to get it, still not $5k of fuel). Why such a drastic difference? You think I can get my local dealer closer to...
