I've switched all, except my car and truck, to AGM batteries. An AGM loses 1% of its charge per month but a lead acid will lose 10%. I live in upstate NY, and we have approx. 6 months of summer and winter. AGMs last better than anything I've used in the past.

Use LOCTITE 545 when required. It's for hydraulic systems.
