well not so much lift issues, but lowering to the varrious heights on the lift scale. For instance , it lifts all the way and lowers all the way but the settings inbetween, for 2 -3-4 inch does not seem to "catch" I can't figure out how the cog system works, mine spins freely 360 degrees, any...
