Hi Folks ... I have a Ford 861 (Selectomatic Shift) ... I parked the tractor a couple months ago and haven't started it since ... Now it won't start ... I want to put it inside for the winter BUT the wheels do NOT roll freely ... They seem to go in opposite direction when I pull the tractor ...
