My wife puts a few of these traps out in the spring and catches the yellow jacket queens. It cuts the the number of nests down to zero. You can use rotten meat as an attractant as well.

I have these on my place too. I usually get them under or next to my red oaks, but not always. This Consan 20 (see Pic) works for me. 1 TBSP per gallon. Don't get near a pond or other water ... It'll kill fish.

Maybe not the most economical, but you could get 2” or 2-1/2” OD aluminum 16 gage pipe in 20 ft lengths for about $3.50 to $4.00 per ft. It’s used for plastic pellet material delivery systems. Local supply houses will have it or can get it.

I think it's because the cars are too small today. My dad has a 32 Ford Fordoor that is bigger than my 2014 Extended cab pickup and more luxurious inside. Now that was a car! I'm 6'2" 200 lbs. and the only cars that work for me are the Europeans that have doors that open all the way and...
