Having problem with switch killing BX engine when I turn to check rear attachment or get off the tractor

Coolant temperature gauge just stop working

I transformed a front loader bucket that I had on my arc into a box blade. I cut the loader connection bars , added a drawbar, sides on the bucket and a hitch for my 3 point hitch.it irks great behind my tractor.
