I Sold the tractor “as is” to someone who knew exactly what they were getting. I priced it cheap enough they could pull the loader off and sell the bare tractor for a profit over their investment cost.
Updated info….when went went to pay our bill #2 the service manager was a bit intimidating…”not our fault there’s water in the hydraulics” …which I never said it was…I just told him he shouldn’t have sent the tractor home without resolving the issue or contacting us with the information needed...
How labor intensive is it to replace the hydraulic pump? Sounds like I may be getting the run around. all the dealers were bought up by the same large company so I’m going to have to find someone with Kubota connections but not a dealer.

I had to chuckle about the gear drive…we are old school. I refused to buy a new 4 runner for years because it had an automatic transmission. I barely tolerate the automatic but I drew the line at CVT and it just seemed to me that the hydrostatic is kind if the tractor equivalent of a CVT.
I think i may have given people the incorrect impression I am looking for an excuse to buy a new tractor…actually, the purchase of a new tractor is about last on my list but we can really get ourselves in trouble if we can’t manage “dependable” with our existing tractor…so, I want to be educated...
