If anyone could help me i would appreciate it - I have an ST 2040 satoh and would like to know what oil to put in the hydraulics,I have a neighbor who has a small compact massey that uses 80-90wt. for hydraulic & transmission.

Hello, I just picked up a st2040 today and noticed the transmission oil looked kind of milky so i have it draining, my question is how much oil to fill it up & also under the hood the sticker said use 80wt. but what drained out looked and smelled more like hydraulic oil?? Thanks for any advice...
