Here is a set of chain holders I made for my tractor. Started with 4x4 square tubing 16 inches long. Capped the bottom (water can drain through). Welded them to my loader brackets. Thanks to all for the ideas...hopefully this will help someone else. Dan

Does anyone have experience with the following planter? Covington Planting System with fertilize seed hopper, cultivator, laying off point, coulter, 3 pt. hitch. Are there any other three point planters to choose from? I will be planting about 1/2 acre of corn with it. Thanks, Dan

My local dealer quoted me an additional $800 if I choose ag tires over industral on a new TC40. I was surprised at the price difference. I do not have much expierence in this area. Does the price difference sound fair?

I have an davis 101 loader that is currently attached to my 1949 8N. Will this loader fit on a 2002 new holland TC40? I am new at this and curious. Any help will be appreciated. I have not bought the TC 40 yet but am thinking about it.
