548 hours or 5484 hrs??? Please help

Trying to sale this for a friend. Has approx 600 hrs. Rear right break does not seem to work. But over all runs good. Not a beauty queen. Has one new rear tire and 2 fairly new front tires. Has a rear remote. Lift works great and holds . what should I expect to be able to get out of it ?
