Ear Problems, follow up on tree thread.

I cannot imagine living with the constant dizziness that I have been experiencing. I would definitely call the clinic and set up an appointment. Just set it up on a Monday because the three day treatment is done Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. They do no surgery on...

Ear Problems, follow up on tree thread.

We have seen people from all over the world at the clinic. Last Thursday I couldn't even crawl without tilting over on my left side. Somebody had jacked the house up and the floor seemed to be at a 45 degree angle. I felt better as soon as I walked out of the clinic. RSKY

Ear Problems, follow up on tree thread.

I told of my initial problems on my thread about "What kind of tree is this?" We are back home. For the fourth time in two years I had to go to the Shea Clinic in Memphis for a treatment on my right ear. I have a condition called Ménière's disease which causes problems with balance and...

What kind of tree is this?

Caffeine or salt can trigger an attack. Had another event this morning. Had to crawl out of bed to the bathroom to puke. Fell on my side a couple times. You haven't experienced vertigo until you have the Meniere's kind. Wife sleeping in another room because I've started snoring so loud. So I...

What kind of tree is this?

The guy who I'm seeing is a fourth generation ear surgeon. His great grandfather started the clinic. He was in the operating room watching his dad perform surgeries at age 14. I've had the 3-day treatment at least four times now. Put you to sleep, stick a needle thru your eardrum and inject...

What kind of tree is this?

I have Ménière's disease of the inner ear. Had a shunt put in my right ear back in 1992-3 at the Shea Clinic in Memphis. I've been seeing that surgeon's son now for hearing loss. After getting home and thinking about what I've heard from other patients about at the clinic I think it may be...

What kind of tree is this?

OKAY, wellness check, no problems Saturday cutting on the devil's spawn tree. Problems started Sunday. Had to be packed out of church in the middle of the service. The nurse practitioner and hospital head nurse who were there both thought I was having a heart attack. I have never had any heart...

What kind of tree is this?

Not really above my skill level. Definitely above the son in laws which is why I was there. I wasn't really going to cut as much down as I ended up doing BUT it happened. We ended up cutting and dragging about a dozen large limbs/trunks. Much more to do to clear that one spot.

What kind of tree is this?

I have learned my lesson. Didn't realize what kind of evil monster that tree was. RSKY

What kind of tree is this?

I had washed my shoes after the Sunday afternoon cutting up that tree. Spent an hour yesterday morning pulling thorns out of the soles. My favorite pair of Sketcher Slip Ins are no longer waterproof thru the sole. I knew I felt something in my shoes and thought it was sawdust. Was the thorns...

What kind of tree is this?

Finally got the second and third pictures to post. The entire tree with its offshoots covers an area about 30x30 yards. Everything in the first picture here is connected to the main trunk. Even the cut off log is still connected by a root running on top of the ground. In the second picture you...

What kind of tree is this?

Still couldn't get the second and third pictures to post. Oh well. Yeah, it could be a chainsaw killer. I got the bar pinched more times in four hours cutting that thing than I have since the saw was bought ten+ years ago. Still nursing the cut on top of my head from a limb/thorn. But we cut...

What kind of tree is this?

I am helping my son in law clear out a thicket around a pond. This tree has given us a lot of trouble. There are many trunks growing out of the 6 to 10 foot diameter base. First picture. Limbs grow out and send other limbs straight up or down to the ground where they root. And another tree...
