I figured out the bolt ! It is a M8 1.25 65mm long metric bolt with about 2cm of the tip having thread, the rest smooth.

It is wider than the bolt that attaches the other end of the "tensioning-bar" to alternator, but I cannot tell its size. Thanks Robert
