Here is the deal i was given a kioti lb1914. Has been sitting for a few years. dragged it out of the bryers yesterday. put in a battery replaced a main fuse. cleaned all wire connections. lubed up everything. all fuses are good. Tryed to start it and it won't turn over. Checked alternator water...
