The steering lever, pn 32530-16910, is loose. It has bushings top and bottom that I assume are the reason. This is housed in a fairly large rectangular piece, called the front axle bracket. My shop manual has the specs for the bushing tolerence, but not how to dissasemble to get at the stuff...
