I figured it out. The solenoids are reverse, forward, enable when looking from front to back. My symptoms were that the left hand reverse wouldn't stay engaged either forward or reverse. I also had the error codes listed above. I pulled the middle (forward) and rear (enable) solenoid...

When looking under the transmission n, I've removed the cover to get to the solenoids and the 2 pressure switches. Can you tell me what the function of the solenoids from front to back are (forward, reverse, not neutral, etc) and where the enable pressure switch is located?
