    I would think if you had one brake adjusted a little tighter than the others it would tend to run warmer as it would be the first to engage.

    The only thing that touches my driveway is my landscape rake. Pull the gravel back from the edges and tilt it slightly to maintain the crown. Down one side pulling the gravel back from the edges then the same back down the other side.

    Do you own a shop manual? If not, start there in your quest to repair it. It is expensive to create a seal just for one product. You may find it available some other place such as a seal dealer. Most seals have numbers you can find once disassembled.
