You are twisting the words. It is a tractor ( off road farm equipment) ot a vehicle. The only recourse is a Lawyer. 3 years later and you have spent more money than the tractor is worth, you went backwards than if you would have fixed it and put it in the past.

Kubota M59 was made 2008-2015. It doesn't have a ECM. Your problems are probably under the instrument cluster in the dash. That is where the fuses both have a common denominator. Probably have wires chewed thru by a mice or squirrels

When you disconnected the backhoe what did you do with the hydraulic hoses? Did you connect them together?

Yes the relief is inside the steering gear box

It's either a hose hooked up wrong or it's bypassing inside the valve and sending straight pressure into the return and blowing the filter

Problem is in you loader valve

Plungers are stuck inside the pump. You have to completely disassemble the pump to get to them. They must go back into the same holes they come out of. There is 4 of them. You have to bang on them to get them unstuck.

Make sure and get one with power Steering. I have a Polaris Ranger 900xp. I have had several Polaris's. I bought and sold used ones. That would be my choice. Be careful of the Chinese ones because of parts availability. Hondas tend to be more expensive for parts but I think they make a good...
