Ok this is what I replaced the fuel strainer. Not the fuel filter. That's my mistake for mis calling the strainer the fuel filter.

No it isn't making a noise. The dash lights come on and that's all. I don't believe I tried sitting down and pushing in the clutch everything was in neutral but shuttle was in park.

I have done this and the battery was at 13amps
