I don't have any pictures but I will try to scan a diagram from my computer

I have a 2000 kubota m110 and air is leaking from one of the weld on the rear hub. It is at the rail stop for the adjustable rim. My question is ..can this small hole be welded? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
