I have a RC100 with charge pressure issues.. Checked charge pump and it is good. replace charge pressure relief valve but still can't get more than 400PSI at test port A at full throttle.. Zero at and Idle. should be 500-750 psi. so with this problem i have no hydraulic functions at all...
