The brakes on my CK25 Gear are not releasing completely. I have checked the free play and all the external linkage and it is all correct? Is there anything else I should be looking for externally ?

Does anyone no what runs the RPM gauge on a 2006 CK25, is it cable driven or electrical? Mine has started jumping up and down between o and 10 no mater what the rpms are at. Thanks

Update: I removed the head and old headgasket. The headgasket had failed at the water port next to #1 cylinder @ gear end of engine. This water port seems to be really close to the cylinder. Everything came apart with no problems but now I'm ready to put everything back together and it says in...

I built this in 2007 when we were clearing our property and it has saved the front of my CK25 many times. It now has some dents and some paint gone but it has been hit time and time again with some really big branches and also some very large trees that have rolled over the loader.

I have a CK25 with 478 hours, the headgasket blew today. Do you have to remove the fuel tank to replace the headgasket ? I have changed many headgaskets on gasoline engines. Are there any special tools needed. I was looking at the online manual and it looks pretty straight forward. Thanks, RAD

Is there a Napa engine oil filter that would be ok to use on the CK25, if so does anyone have the Napa number.

Does anyone no the cost for a new or rebuilt injector pump for a CK25. :(

On the side of the injector pump there is plate with four bolts. Mounted to this plate is 90 degree elbow with a rubber plug that is painted orange, is there supose to oil or something inside. I ask because all other oil filter holes on the tractor are painted orange??

Does anyone no what the relay under the hood in the center of the firewall on the CK25 gear is for. Mine got stuck in the closed postion the other day and drained the battery. Thanks,:rolleyes:

After putting a large branch through the front of our tractor I thought it was time to build some protection.

I was digging out a old septic tank this weekend and the hoe just got slower and slower on trying to pick up the bucket with the main boom ram. Finnally it just stopped and I had to empty the bucket and it took about 10 minutes just to get the boom out of the hole. Everything else works fine...

Well here are the final photos of the barn that was pulled down this Saturday with the Kioti. Also we took the tralier apart with the Kioti and the BH and loaded almost all of it into the debris bin with the loader. Now begins the fun part of building a new home on the site. Rick :)
