Put a new dual clutch in my 135 using the I&T shop manual. Went as well as can be expected for the first time, but I can't get the PTO to disengage. I put the pressure plate clearance at .090, then took it all the way down to .060 and still won't disengage. Everything else seems to work fine. Ideas?

The clutch on my 135 is very hard to depress. It was replaced by the previous owner and he assures me "that's the way it's supposed to be". Well, it's also supposed to be a 2-stage, but that doesn't seem to work either. Should I have to stand on the clutch to depress it? Thanks.
