Once warmed-up tractor powers out (any gear and/or throttle speed) - can't even go up to full throttle in neutral and will likewise power out, just lifting empty front bucket. If left just idling for some time, it may clear up temporarily but comes back. Kind of sounds like a fuel starvation...
